Save for the sauna

I have had this dream of opening up the ultimate relaxing space in Edinburgh, bringing together my experience of traditions in Finland with Japanese philosophies and Scottish design aesthetics.

What I want to create is not just a sauna, its a space. A ‘third space’ as they would say in Japan, not work or home, but the space where nothing is expected of you to truly unwind in a nurturing, warm environment.

‘Save for the sauna’ is my tattoo fundraiser to build up some funds to create this special place in our city, with community, wellbeing and a connection to nature at the heard of it. All the funds from my wood and stone texture designs will go to this new sauna project and clients also get a free sauna session once the space opens!
